Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand and parts of Oceania. If you are located elsewhere please contact us to make an inquiry and we will try our best to assist you.

 

How much is shipping?

All orders over $120 ship free to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates for orders under these thresholds vary depending on the size of your order and where they are being shipped to. We try to combine shipping on all items. Make sure to double check your shipping address when placing your order.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM NZST will be processed the following week.

How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery varies from region to region. Please allow 1 to 3 working days to urban areas and up to 5 working days to regional areas in New Zealand. For Australia, please allow 3 to 7 working days.

 

How will my order be shipped?

New Zealand orders are shipped using Aramex. Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post and Aramex. 

 

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
