Hand-stitched with high-quality materials, the cushion is designed to promote proper spinal alignment and stability and provides the perfect amount of cushioning for a comfortable seated position during meditation.
Our meditation cushion consists of two covers - an inner cover filled with 100% organic locally grown buckwheat husk, and an outer cover made of durable organic cotton. We use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton to make both the inner and outer covers, ensuring that our cushion is eco-friendly and sustainable. Cleaning the cushion is easy - simply remove the filled inner cushion and machine or hand wash the outer cover.
The round shape of our meditation cushion provides extra height and support, allowing you to sit for longer periods of time without straining your back or hips. The cushion is also great for seated yoga poses or as a prop for restorative yoga practices. The neutral grey colour of the outer cover will look great in any home or studio, making it a must-have for any meditation or yoga enthusiast.

Wish I bought it sooner. I ummed and ahhhed for the longest time. Is it worth the money? Is buckwheat comfortable? Get it you won't be disappointed! I suffer from lower back, hip and knee pain, and could never sit long on the ground to meditate. This has alleviated alot of this pain so I can comfortably sit for a session. Unfortunately I had to wait until my wife bought me a cheap 'meditation pillow' off temu or something - rubbish - before I was convinced I had to get this Volka Yoga one! I suspect most of the ones you find on Temu (AliExpress etc...) are rubbish as they don't really give you the support you need - they are literally just pillows. So don't waste the money and just buy this one first!

Quite a sturdy cushion. It helps a lot with my meditation practice, as i can find an easier, steady sitting position without getting too much back pain. Nice color: blends into my home decor and does not show dirt. So no need to wash frequently :)

I like the thickness of the cotton cover for this meditation cushion. I wish my bolster I purchased from you a few years ago had the same thickness cover. I would be very interested in purchasing a new thick cover for the bolster for extra sturdy protection in the natural dark blue 🙏🏼✨ the existing one feels a bit thin for a quality product
